My wife and I are very happy with the sauna we purchased works great. But with anything mechanical after a few years of regular use a light on the control panel went dim. I called Health Mate and actually got to speak to a human (Heather) explained the problem and they shipped the part needed that same day. Rare to find that kind of service.
