Once you have turned on your sauna, tap the Temp- and Temp+ buttons at the same time and hold for 5 seconds until the display shows F-C. Tap again at the same time to select your preferred setting. Tap and hold once more at the same time and it should display ‘OST’, then again and it will display S-L. Tap and hold at the same time one last time and you should see the current temperature setting you selected.  

Note: If the displays shows ‘S’ and the controller is beeping, simply repeat the steps above and tap the Temp- and Temp+ buttons at the same time until the display reads ‘L’. Then tap the buttons at the same time one last time.
