Before operating your sauna, you want to make sure it is properly wired and plugged in. Each Health Mate sauna has basic plugin requirements, but please note:

Do not use power adapters to convert 15a to 20a or 120v to 230v.
Do not use power strips. Surge protectors must match sauna wattage.
Do not change your electrical outlet without using proper wiring to the breaker box.
