What do the infrared sauna error codes mean?

Your infrared sauna has several built-in error codes you may see on the control panel. These are:

EO: Temperature Sensor Disconnected
ES: Temperature Sensor Short Circuit

In case of an EO or ES error code, please contact technical support for further assistance.

OHT: Inside Sauna Temperature is over the limit (180F/82C)
OHR: Inside of Controller is overheated (180F/82C)

OHT and OHR error will be resolved automatically. During OHT and OHR error, your sauna will automatically shut down and go into a cool–down period.
