What if my Chromotherapy LED panel isn’t working right?

We want to make sure the connection to your light panel is secure. It might be the 12-volt DC adapter isn’t functioning correctly.

When the Chromotherapy LED flickers it is usually a power issue. We recommend that you take down the LED panel and gently pull out the power cable — the 12-volt DC adapter will be visible. Check the plugs, and if they are fine, the issue is likely the the DC adapter.

We will gladly replace the DC adapter. Please contact our support team by filling a support ticket and someone will get back to you shortly.
