What does my warranty cover?

1. What products are covered under the warranty?

  • The warranty covers full-size saunas purchased after December 31st, 2024, including the sauna cabin, frame, hardware, and components listed in the Warranty Sheet and the chart below:

2. What is covered for the sauna cabin, frame, hardware, and components?

  • The sauna frame (including walls, floor, and ceiling) is covered for maintaining structural integrity.
  • Sauna hardware and components, such as the heater, controls, power supply, electrical wiring, lighting hardware, and audio components, are covered for defects in material, workmanship, or functionality.

3. Are non-factory installed parts, components, options, and accessories covered?

  • Non-factory installed parts, components, options, and accessories are not covered against defects unless expressly stated in the purchase agreement or invoice.

4. Are there any implied warranties?

  • All implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law.

5. What are the limitations and exclusions of the warranty?

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and covers the period between delivery/pickup and installation.
  • The warranty is not transferable, and any relocation or shipment by the customer may void the warranty.
  • Damage resulting from various factors including transportation, improper handling, installation, misuse, or acts of nature are excluded from coverage.

6. Does the warranty cover labor, transportation, or other costs?

  • The warranty covers labor within the United States and Canada, but the user is responsible for postage, shipping, and handling for products outside these regions.
  • Costs related to the removal and reinstallation of units, loss of use damage, and other incidental expenses are not covered.

7. How can I register my product for warranty?

  • The company encourages customers to register their products within 10 days after delivery.

8. How do I obtain warranty service?

  • To obtain warranty service, contact Customer Service.
  • Provide a description of the problem and proof of purchase.
  • The user may be responsible for shipping and handling fees for returning failed components.
